Tribute Parade: District 3

The tributes from District 3, both barely smiling at all, seem to be going for the stoic and intimidating look this year. A wise choice, placed so between all the career tributes, they may have wanted to look like tough challengers! Clad in a mix of metal and fabric, and tangled up in wires, they are reminiscent of the technology their district provides: complex, yet sleek, attractive and entertaining!

I spent about 5 days constantly working on this, somewhere like 20 hours. Bleh, this is not a style I use often and you will likely not see this again for a while.
